Sole Proprietor & Partnership
- Sole Proprietor（独资企业）和 Partnership（合伙企业）
- 财政年结日（Financial Year End）固定为每年的 12月31日
- 没有其他选择
LLP / Sdn Bhd / Berhad
- LLP（有限责任合伙）
- Sdn. Bhd.（私人有限公司）
- Berhad（公众有限公司）
- 可以自行选择一年中的任何一个月份作为 Financial Year End
- 例如：3月、6月、9月等均可
新公司规定
- 新注册公司必须在成立后 18个月内完成第一个 Financial Year End
- 之后每一年必须维持相同的财务年结月份
更换 Financial Year End
- 公司可以申请更改 Financial Year End
- 但不建议频繁更改
- 因为每次更改都会涉及：
- 多项文件更新
- 法定申报调整
- 合规程序处理
