Requirements Before Registration
- Company Name
- Decide on the LLP name in advance
- Number of Partners
- Minimum 2 partners, no maximum limit
- Partners can be natural persons or corporate entities
- Appoint a Compliance Officer
- Must be one of the partners or a qualified company secretary
- Registered Address
- Must be located in Malaysia
- Can be a residential or commercial office
- P.O. Box addresses are not allowed
Registration Fee
- The Registration Fee is RM500
