1. Updating Information
Any changes to company information must be updated promptly:
- Partners’ details
- Compliance Officer details
- Registered address
- Nature of business
2. Financial Records
- Proper accounting records must be maintained
- Prepare Profit and Loss statements and a Balance Sheet
3. Annual Declaration
- Must submit the Annual Declaration on time
- To be filed within 90 days after the financial year end
- Filing fee is RM200
