Berhad 是不是上市公司？
Berhad 分为两种: 上市公司（Listed）与非上市公司（Non-Listed）
- 上市公司（Listed Berhad）= 已在 Bursa Malaysia （马来西 亚股票交易所）上市，公司资料可公开查询
- 非上市公司（NonListed Berhad）= 未在 Bursa Malaysia 上市的 Berhad
- 可能包括：正在融资阶段、准备上市或暂时不打算上市的公司
*无论是 Listed 还是 Non-Listed，两者在法律 上都是 Berhad（公众有 限公司）
