Company Secretary
Senior / Executive / Assistant
Duties and responsibilities:
To assist in corporate secretarial works and to provide support to Company Secretary in the following aspects: -
• To prepare resolutions, minutes of meeting, Annual Return, Circulation of Audited Reports and to maintain statutory Registers in compliance with the provisions of Companies Act 2016
• To liaise with clients, Auditors, Tax Agents and SSM for meeting the relevant filing deadlines
• To maintain and update Company’s statutory books, records, Register of Members, Directors, Secretary, Charge, transfer and substantial Shareholders in compliance to Companies Act, 2016
• To prepare for incorporation of companies, allotment of share, changes to the directors, managers and secretary etc. via MyCoid platform
• To ensure on time Submission of statutory returns and applications to SSM, Stamping Office (IRB) and relevant authorities via e-services platform such as MyCoID, MBRS, e-stamping
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates who are interested to pursue a career as a company secretary are encouraged to apply
• Possess minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Corporate Administration/ Management, Certificate in Company Law and Secretarial Practice
• Candidate with working experience but no qualification may apply
• Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Meticulous, dynamic, wiling to learn, able to multi-task and has strong interpersonal skills
• Past working experience in the area of closure exercise and Company incorporation and Corporate Secretarial work is added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and S2000
