Is Berhad a Publicly Listed Company?
Berhad can be divided into two types：Listed and Non-Listed

Listed Berhad = A public company whose shares are listed and traded on Bursa Malaysia, with company information publicly available.

Non‑Listed Berhad = A public company that is not listed on Bursa Malaysia This may include companies that are raising funds privately, preparing for a future listing, or not intending to list for the time being.
*Both Listed and Non-Listed Berhad are legally recognised as Berhad (public limited companies) under the Companies Act
