Financial Statements Must Be Submitted Through MBRS 2.0
- Effective from 1 June 2025, companies are required to submit their Financial Statements through the MBRS 2.0 system
- Traditional paper-based submissions are no longer accepted
What Is MBRS?
- MBRS (Malaysian Business Reporting System) is SSM's online reporting platform
- It is used for the electronic submission of statutory documents and financial information
Last-Minute Submission Is No Longer Practical
- Audit Reports must be prepared and converted into the format required by MBRS 2.0
- Company secretaries can no longer rely on submitting documents at the SSM counter at the last minute
