Board Meeting (Directors’ Voting)
- Each director has one vote (regardless of shareholding)
- Voting methods:
- By show of hands – one vote per director
- By poll – based on number of shares (if required)
Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM / General Meeting)
- Shareholders vote in proportion to their shareholding
- Voting methods:
- By show of hands – one vote per shareholder
- By poll – votes counted according to shares held
