How to close LLP

Conditions

• The company has ceased operations
• No outstanding debts

Steps to Close

1. Apply to the tax office for CP7 form to prove the company has no tax arrears
2. Notify all other partners and ensure they have received the notice
3. Publish a notice in the newspaper
4. The LLP must perform a statutory declaration

Fees

• SSM filing fee: RM100
