Shareholders:

Key Duties:
- Approve the issuance of new shares

- Participate in major company decisions
- Adopt or amend the company’s constitution
- Approve the acquisition or disposal of company assets
Major Transaction Requirement
- If a transaction exceeds RM250,000 or 10% of the company’s net assets, it must be approved by a shareholders’ resolution passed at a shareholders' meeting.
