Meeting Format
- The AGM can be held online or in-person
Multiple Locations
- According to Section 327 of the Companies Act, and in compliance with the company’s constitution:
- The AGM can be conducted using any technology or method across multiple locations
- Purpose: to ensure shareholders can participate and exercise their rights to speak and vote
Meeting Host Location
- Regardless of whether the meeting is online or in-person, the Meeting Host must be physically present in Malaysia
