Director Are Classified into Two Types: Executive Director and Non Executive Director
Executive Director:
- Holds a management role in the company
- Involved in the company on a full-time basis
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and decision-making
- Actively involved in the company’s management
Non-Executive Director:
- Does not participate in daily management
- Involved mainly through board meetings and major decisions
- Provides independent views and professional advice
- Responsible for overseeing management and executive directors
